Unlike standard jump ropes， which require rotation of mostly the wrist and hands， jump batons offer a thorough workout of the upper body by requiring wider circular motions of the upper arms， shoulders and forearms. Our new improved version allows for adjustments of the rope length to accomodate kids of different heights! Designed for kids up to 5'9" tall. We've also added about a 20"L section of plastic tubing at the bottom which adds weight， making it easier to swing the rope around. Set of 6 in Spectrum™ colors.
